Sessions on Mondays with everybody to:
Transfer knowledge, methodology, case studies and expertise from experts
Guide participant to learn-by-doing through individual exercises
Drive peer-to-peer learning by sharing outcomes with the team
An experienced person in certain topic that helps and advices others over a period of time.
Group of 25 individuals who will be working with ONE mentor. Members of the mentor“s group will:
Provide and receive feedback to each other during show & tell sessions.
Learn best practices and transfer knowledge to and from other teams.
Public announcement through a set of videos for the different outcomes of the program.
Affirmation and reinforcing messages for the power of teams, partners, and networks.
Assessment of different dimensions of collaborative leadership and strategic actions to be successful.
Personal booklet describing in detail all the different outcomes of the program.
Team of 5 individuals who will be working as one team during the program. The peer group will:
Provide and receive feedback to each other
Support and have accountability to each other
Ensure the whole team finishes the program successfully .
Sessions on Wednesdays with the Peer group (5 people + mentor) to:
Drive peer-to-peer learning by sharing and receiving feedback from others
Challenge participants to improve outcomes
Create commitment and accountability within the teams
The basis or foundation of interconnected and valued offerings (products, services, experiences, etc.) and competitive capabilities (competencies, assets, technologies, and partners) that leaders build to drive sustainable competitive advantage, value, and impact.
The mix of short- and longer-term activities, initiatives, and projects that leaders invest in to assure that they are prepared for What If? and What's Next? and can create and capture the most value both now and in the future.

A strategic leadership vision of the future that can be effectively communicated and shared with teams and partners to drive purposeful and aligned behaviors as well activities with stretch goals and targets.
