Description: Perell is best known as the former CEO of Amobee, a subsidiary of Singtel. She is also known for her work at Xdrive, a tech startup. Perell joined Xdrive Technology when she was 22 and was promoted to Director of Marketing and Sales during her first year. Perell later founded Frontline Direct in 2003 which was focused on marketing. She sold Frontline to Adconion Media Group, after which the two merged to form Adconion Direct. Perell remained as CEO after the merger and became the first woman appointed to the board.
In 2014, Adconion Direct was bought by Amobee. Perell was named President of Amobee and later promoted to CEO in December 2016. Perell is also a startup mentor for women entrepreneurs.
Key Insight: The path to success is not a linear graph. It includes squiggly lines where the leader goes through multiple trials and tribulations while approaching their goals.

Description: Neil Patel is an American entrepreneur and the founder of companies like KISSmetrics and Crazy Egg. He also runs a marketing consulting business and (as per Entrepreneur magazine) has been responsible for creating 100 brilliant companies. He is a self-made millionaire with an approximate net worth of $30M.
Key Insight: Good strategy without good execution could lead to failure. Leaders need to understand that they need to focus on fast execution of their plans with minimum risk.

Key insight: Leadership is much more than conceptualization. As you move forward in implementation, every step will give you a new perspective, so you will have to do all required adjustments to succeed.
Key Insight: Leaders must be able to read and understand their surrounding ecosystems and players, and be able to orchestrate this information to adapt and generate fulfilling results
Key insight: Leaders should make very detailed plans for each step of the way and execute with optimism. Nonetheless, they must realize they do not know it all and that initial plans may vary. They should be passionate about what they are doing, but not necessarily the way they are doing it. Change should be seen as a big opportunity in their journey to success.
